Khumo is the chairman of Investec Bank, and board director Investec Plc, one of the largest banks in Africa. He is also a board member of Vodacom, one of the largest cellular companies in Africa, and owner of MPESA, one of the leading fintech companies in Africa.
Khumo was previously the head of M&A at MTN Group (largest telco in Africa); head of Investec Principal Investments and was a Partner at Delta Partners, a TMT-focused firm. Khumo started his career as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
