Alex is a retired C-suite executive and the former EVP & Chief Administrative Officer of The Coca-Cola Company, and Chief Operating Officer & President of Coca-Cola’s operations in Africa and the Middle East. He was also the board chairman of CARE, Clark Atlanta University (CAU) and The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation and board director of several public companies including Chevron and Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated; and former board director of the Africa-America Institute, Africare, and the Corporate Council on Africa. Currently, Alex serves on the board of S.C. Johnson & Son.
