


Eric Wallace
Managing PartnerEric has extensive experience as a CEO, running and optimizing businesses across multiple industries, and brings deep M&A expertise as a buyer, seller, and integrator. He served as President and CEO of EnviroSolutions (ESI), a private equity–sponsored, vertically integrated waste management company. He led the restructuring and integration of 18 acquired companies and oversaw new investments to create the 17th-largest waste management company in the U.S., operating across 12 locations in five states.
Eric also held multiple senior roles within GE’s Consumer and Industrial Systems, a $14 billion division, where he managed two major P&Ls. He led GE Appliances’ Consumer Home Services business, a $500 million after-sales operation with 2,500 employees, and also ran GE Fanuc Automation’s aftermarket business, which included sales, service, and support for a $460 million factory automation hardware and software portfolio.
In other roles, Eric reported directly to the CEO of GE Consumer and Industrial Systems and had global responsibility for business development and acquisitions across Europe, Asia, South America, and the U.S. He also led a global team of 560 Six Sigma Black Belt experts focused on driving quality improvement, digital transformation, and cash flow optimization in those same regions.
Prior to GE, Eric was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, advising Fortune 100 companies on operations improvement, cost reduction, organizational effectiveness, planning, strategy, and process reengineering across multiple industries.
Eric holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy, where he was a two-time All-Conference football player and selected for the Hula Bowl All-Star game. Eric also served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Captain.
