Before Vibranium, Jalen worked at Estancia Capital Partners, where he co-led the execution of two deals and participated in several transaction exits and M&A opportunity reviews. He also supported strategic initiatives for portfolio companies.

Previously, Jalen served as a Research Analyst at Causeway Capital and a VC Fellow at Pariti.io. He also held positions at AIG CLO Asset Management, where he helped integrate Covenant Credit Partners into AIG’s Global Asset Management Holdings Corporation (CLO Group sold to Blackstone in Q1 ’23), and at US Bank Corporate Trust, where he managed reporting for asset managers.

Jalen received Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He is also career mentor for Sponsor for Educational Opportunities (SEO).
